Judy has a deep love for the magic of theatre. With a Master of Fine Arts in Directing from the University of Alberta, she has brought stories to life on stages across Western Canada and New Zealand. She has worked extensively with young people and as a teacher and director, she has seen first hand how drama can transform them into confident, curious human beings.

Her local directing credits include Narnia (LSS, Ladysmith), Puss N’ Boots (NTG, Nanaimo) and How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying (CMS, Duncan). Her next project on the horizon will be Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (CMS) at the Cowichan Theatre. This fall, she is excited to share her passion, experience and a little bit of stage magic at Stephanie Roth Performing Arts Studio.
